Your name, company name, email address, phone number and message content that you send through the contact form, WhatsApp or email.

- Responding to your request and preparing a quote
- Conducting pre-contract discussions
- Fulfilling legal obligations
3. Legal basis
Under Article 5 of KVKK: processing directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, and your explicit consent.
4. Storage and transfer
Requests sent through the contact form are stored on our own server and forwarded to us by email. Your data is not shared with third parties other than the hosting and email providers we use; it may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
5. Retention period
Your data is kept until your request is concluded and for the legally required retention periods; afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to object to processing and to claim compensation in case of damage. You can send your requests to averissoft@gmail.com.
