- The need
- Taking notes after meetings and tracking decisions and tasks takes time; a solution was needed that works well with Turkish recordings, protects data and can also be installed on-premises.
- The solution
- We built an asynchronous job pipeline that processes large files without keeping users waiting: uploads are queued, transcribed with Whisper, translated, analysed by AI, and the result is announced by email or webhook. It offers a REST API, team and role management, automatic deletion and an on-premises option.
